Once the obstruction is cleared, the system automatically returns the head assembly to its original position. The ingenious design of the hydraulic system ensures the crusher operates at a specific, consistent setting. This reduces setting drift and enhances stability throughout the circuit. The crusher's setting remains instantaneously maintained, even after encountering a piece of tramp iron, showcasing the reliability and resilience of the B-Series cone crushers.

Another notable feature of the B3 crusher within the B-Series is its liner design. The liners do not require any backing material like plastic, epoxy or zinc. This design choice significantly reduces maintenance time, as there's no need for mixing, pouring or waiting for curing processes.
